I have been practicing massage therapy and bodywork for the past 16 years. In that time, I have come to believe in the healing power of touch in all aspects. In my practice, I strive to combine traditionally therapeutic modalities such as Swedish Massage and Deep Tissue with more advanced techniques like Trigger Point, Myofascial Release, Muscle Energy Technique to achieve an optimal balance between the three pillars of massage: prevention, rehabilitation, and relaxation. I apply this method bodily, mentally, and energetically attempting to address treatment in a multi-faceted approach.
